How to make the Banana and Apple Crepes recipe

We start by peeling the apples. We cut them into pieces and put them in a saucepan over the fire with cinnamon and a little sugar. We stir it from time to time with a wooden spoon and let it cook for 25 minutes.

While we pass the bananas through the blender until obtaining a cream, add the whipped cream, mix well and store it in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.

During that time, we put all the ingredients to make the crepes into the blender glass. We beat until obtaining a creamy mass.

To start making the crepes, we put a flat pan on the fire and spread it with butter. For each crepe, we will add half a scoop of the dough into the pan. We must make them over medium-high heat.

Notes and Tips

The crepes can be served with the two creams separately so that each one can add the amount you want or if you prefer, they can be filled before and presented closed in a serving dish.

Depending on the diameter of the pan we use, more or fewer crepes will come out. We recommend a large frying pan so that more filling can enter and close the dough comfortably, at least on one side.
